It might have taken them the scenic route to get here, but Paul and Ika have definitely arrived with En Brochette.

Fresh local seafood, beautifully cooked meats, Mediterranean vegetables - skewer it, grill it to perfection and you have French elegance on a stick. Tapas style fun with a little je ne sais quoi. In short, they thought, you have London’s next best pop-up: En Brochette.
Following a couple of hugely successful stabs at Flamingo Pier in Hackney Wick (Time Out’s Best London Pop-Ups), a three-month residency at the Star of Kings in London’s Kings Cross and a food stall at Street Feast's award-winning Ginstock Festival, En Brochette is now venturing into new areas.
Pop along to The Gunmakers, Clerkenwell from 16 February 2015 and you’ll discover French charm on a very British stick. French inspired slow cooked pork with truffled apple sauce, barely cooked salmon provincial, lemon rubbed artichoke and sweet potato - all alongside an ever changing specials board that introduces Brochette’s global cousins – satays, kabobs, shish, souvlaki, yakitori and much much more.
Look out for upcoming supper clubs as well, where En Brochette will bring you more intriguing options than you can shake a stick at…
